Care & Warranty

I hope that you are pleased with your new handmade bag or accessory made by Just A Spoonfull. 

Every item is made by myself with the best quality materials available. It could be made of faux leather, vinyl, waterproof canvas, cotton, or a combination of all of these. Please do not wash the item as they often contain foam, stabiliser and/or special interfacing. These products are designed to provide the structure and support needed for the item to last. Surfaces can be spot cleaned only with some water and a soft, clean cloth. Please avoid using any harsh chemicals as this can damage the material or cause discolouration. The canvas material is classed as waterproof, and while it will withstand a fair amount of water, it will never be completely waterproof due to the surface being stitched and vulnerable to liquids.

Please avoid overloading any bags or wallets as continuous exposure to a lot of weight will compromise the integrity of the bag or wallet.

All of my bags, wallets and accessories are covered by a 3 month warranty against any manufacturing defects that may occur. I will either repair or replace the item if found to be faulty. This does not cover wear and tear or misuse and I reserve the right to view the item personally before making a decision.

As with any handmade item there can be small imperfections. Please remember these are not faults, but merely add character and make each item unique, instead of produced in a factory. Occasionally I will reduce an item if the imperfection is noticeable, please ensure you read any description and view the detailed photographs highlighting this, before completing your purchase. I will not accept a return on an item for any imperfection listed.   

ALWAYS follow the care instructions for any of the drink ware. These are all handmade and should be handled with care.
